Tickets Sales - Terms & Conditions

When you purchase ticket(s) to an event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
2. Tickets may be resold, but it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure resold tickets are transferred to the new holder. It is the responsibility of the new holder that attendee details are accurate.
3. Some events may have age restrictions. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure they meet these requirements.
4. Door staff will ID attendees at their discretion following Challenge 25. If you do not meet the age requirements, or present a fake ID, you will be refused entry.
5. Attendees must behave in a respectful manner at all times. Failure to do so may result in ejection from the event.
6. The event organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
7. The event organizer collects personal information for the purposes of ticketing and event management. This information will not be shared with third parties* and is used solely for the administration of the event.
   * Information is shared with the card processor Stripe and the email delivery service Postmark to facilitate the order process.
