About our ticket system

While online tickets are supposed to make everything easier, it is often not the case in practice. While we've built this system to be as easy to use as possible, we hope this information will help make it even easier.

In-person ticket sales

Head on down to High Level, buy yourself a ticket and a few for your family and friends, then head back home and pop them in a drawer for later. As the gig approaches, pass on tickets to your family and friends, and if any can't come, sell the ticket(s) to someone else. When you get to the gig, hand over your ticket and get a wristband for access.

Buying tickets

On our online system, you select the number of tickets you want to buy (up to 10 at a time), then click Buy Now. You'll be redirected to the Stripe payment gateway where you should enter your email address (where you want your ticket(s) to be delivered - check it twice!) and payment details.

Once payment is complete, you'll receive an email from us with two links. The first is a link to a page that allows you to manage your tickets and second is a link to download a PDF of all the tickets purchased in that order.

We'd recommend that you take a screenshot of your tickets in case there are issues with internet access at the event. You should make sure both the QR code and the number below it are captured. If you don't plan on taking your phone with you on the night, you can always print the downloadable PDF and take that with you.

Managing your tickets

If you want to pass tickets onto family and friends (who won't be arriving with you) or have sold some on, you can click on Manage My Tickets in your order confirmation email to update details.

If you have requested a ticket transfer you'll get an email with a summary of the transfers requested and a link to confirm them. When confirmed, those email addresses receive an email notifying them that you've sent the ticket(s) their way and link to confirm. Any changes, including sending tickets, must be confirmed within 24 hours of the changes being made.

If they confirm, the ticket(s) are transferred to them and they'll get sent an email confirmation with a link to view/manage their tickets. You won't be able to amend these ticket(s) any more and they won't appear on your order PDF download.

If they don't confirm with the 24 hour window, the tickets will appear back in your order. You can always try sending them again!

Arriving at the gig

When you arrive at the gig, please have your ticket (QR Code) ready for scanning by door staff. It can be on your phone or printed.

Once scanned, you will get a wristband for access.

FAQs

Do I have to update the names on my tickets?

No. If the QR scans, and hasn't been scanned already, it is a valid ticket. Changing names on tickets is for your own convenience, so you know whose ticket is whose.

I can't find my order confirmation thingy email, please help!

We've got you covered. Pop your order email into this form and (if we find tickets matching your email) we'll send you a link that will allow you to access and download your tickets.

Help! My friend is running late and cannot arrive at the gig with me. How do I get their ticket to them?

Unfortunately order management closes when the gig starts, so you can't transfer the ticket to them, however you can always send them a screenshot of the ticket they should use. Just make sure not to use it when you arrive.

If you have any questions or queries about your order(s), or are needing a bit of help, please send an email with as much information as you can to . We can't guarantee a quick response, but we will get back to you!
